The Fusion Reactor #103 - Chick (It's Elektric!)

Boogie Woogie Woogie.

Today's show is more or less a ping-pong match between the Chick Corea Elektric Band(I and II) and Return To Forever. In other words, it's a Chick-O-Rama. Or a Chick-O-Rea if you prefer. Yes that was a terrible pun. But between the two, the goal is to have you 1) come away from it with a greater appreciation for Chick's work, and 2) an understanding of which 'c' is supposed to be replaced with a 'k' in elektric. For the record, his Akoustic Band follows the same pattern. 'Elektrik' is a King Crimson song, it bears no relation that I know of to Chick Corea.
